Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
- Requests to delay for more than one week of scheduled date are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
- Pick ups not collected within one week of the scheduled pick up date will be considered forfeited and not eligible for refund
After Hours Pick Up
- Eligible orders will be stored in our locked self-serve pick up shed with instructions emailed before your pickup date.
- Once placed in the self-service shed, orders are considered fulfilled and must be picked up on the same day. Seedlings will not have access to water or light.
- Select option at your own risk. Premises will be unstaffed, and the possibility of theft cannot be verified or resolved.
